You can schedule your appointment for service and ask our sales teams for any information you need while we continue to practice safe distancing. Ā
How do I "Buy Online"? Ā It's a vehicle and I have a trade-inā¦. not quite like Amazonā¦
Yes- the process is different than you may be used to.Ā A lot of things we would normally do in our showroom can be completed online before your visit:
Virtual Test Drive- We can video-chat to get your questions answered remotely.
Trade-Appraisal: Details can be submitted through our website, and you can send photos directly to our appraisal team.
Credit Application: Securely transmit your application to our lender database.
ā¦and when you're ready, we're offering safe, single team member in-store delivery for your purchase or lease.Ā Most of the required documentation will be prepared prior to your visit.Ā When you arrive, we'll finish the process in a private office and thoroughly clean your vehicle prior to delivery.
How will I know when stores reopen for drop-in visits?
We are closely following announcements and updates around COVID-19, including direction from local authorities. We'll be sure to communicate information on our website. We will also be emailing our customers to let them know status changes periodically.Ā Even when governed restrictions are lifted, we suggest calling the store before planning your next visit.
TITUS-WILL'S RESPONSE TO COVID-19Ā
On-site visits to Titus-Will are by appointment only and are available seven days a week and must be scheduled remotely. As part of the sales transaction, the buyer must certify that the purchase is essential for one of the reasons provided below:
- Close a pending transaction that began before Governor Inslee's Proclamation 20-25 was issued; or
- Replace a totaled vehicle, replace a damaged vehicle that is impractical to repair, extend a lease that expires, or provide transportation to essential workers, as identified in the "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers" list, Appendix to Proclamation 20-25, if the essential worker has no other means of transportation.
